Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. Your recurring contribution can be canceled at any time directly through your PayPal account, or by emailing us. There are no fees and no hassles.
Is my contribution tax-deductible?
Sustainable Artists is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. Patron and Business members automatically receive donation paperwork annually. Other members can request documentation at any time.
When do my membership benefits begin?
Most benefits — including event invitations and Zoom panel access — begin immediately upon joining. Newsletter and certain calendar features begin in June.
How is my support actually used?
Membership funds Springboard Bootcamps, networking events, panel programming, and the staff time required to keep these programs accessible to artists at every level — from emerging to established.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Both options give you identical benefits. Annual members pay upfront and receive two months free compared to paying month by month. You can switch between plans at renewal time.
